Station rotation seemed easier to manage moving from a flipped to a more blended model.
Managing labs, creating activities for the station rotation, the time to build the formative and summative assessments, and creating road blocks to make sure students have mastered a concept before they move on to the next concept.
It is a journey, it is hard work and it will take time. But it is worth starting the journey and it is not about teaching, its about learning.
Creating learning objects and formative assessments. You have to plan backwards and start with what are the students learning first. Then you can build the formative and summative assessments next. To me this is the foundation of the blended model.
