Implementation Q & A

When you first implemented blended learning, why did you choose that particular model? (has your model changed? why?)

We chose the rotation model because it was very similar to the existing station rotation models already in place at Rees.

What was one of your biggest challenges when going blended, and how did you overcome it?

Having to challenge traditional district technology practices and policies that had been in place and not evolved quickly enough to support our efforts.

What's the one piece of advice you'd give to emerging blended-learning programs?

Be very strategic. Develop a three to four year implementation plan with your campus leadership team.
