When you first implemented blended learning, why did you choose that particular model? (has your model changed? why?)


We chose blended learning because it was closest to what we were doing already. Teachers were already implementing center, so it was easy to create personalized learning.

What was one of your biggest challenges when going blended, and how did you overcome it?


The biggest challenge was figuring out the menus and how we were going to implement it.

What's the one piece of advice you'd give to emerging blended-learning programs?


We would like to see more examples at the beginning of the program to fully understand the ideas to create our own goals.

We struggled with getting started. From that experience we are able to help others. All the teachers rearranged their classrooms for personalized learning. We were all able to use our space and create time management schedules in the classroom
